1. Acceptance of terms

By using Normora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Non-official status

Normora provides educational content only, including summaries, explanations, practice questions, and mock exams about European standards. The platform:

• Is not affiliated with ISO, NEN, CEN, CENELEC, ETSI, or any other standards organization
• Does not provide official certifications or accreditations
• Does not guarantee that content is complete, accurate, or up to date
• Does not replace official training or certification programs

3. Certificates

Certificates issued by Normora are non-official educational completion documents. They only confirm that the user has completed the course content on this platform. These certificates:

• Are not official certifications
• Do not grant professional qualifications
• May not be recognized by employers or governments
• Cannot be used as a substitute for official certificates

Users must acknowledge the non-official status before requesting a certificate.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• The premium subscription costs EUR 60 per month
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly via the Stripe portal
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are available in accordance with Stripe's policies and applicable law

5. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• You agree not to present Normora certificates as official certifications

6. Intellectual property

All content on Normora, including but not limited to text, images, quiz questions, and course materials, is owned by Normora or used under license. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect content

7. Limitation of liability

Normora is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies or omissions in course content
• Decisions made based on our course content
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of certificates by third parties

Normora's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
